Welcome HabCenter’s New Board of Director – Ana Sasmiresan!

Ana Sasmiresan is the S/N Florida Vice President at Randstad Operational Talent Solutions, the number one global human resources provider. She is a dynamic and accomplished professional known for her exceptional leadership and a deep care for her employees, clients, and the community. With nearly twenty years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, Ana has established herself as a trusted authority in the human capital field. Ana is an awarded Founder of Transformation Through Conversations, a Pompano Beach based personal and leadership development company that works with individuals and organizations to elevate leadership. She is the South Florida Business and Wealth 2023 Apogee Awards Honoree in the Leadership category. Ana is an Executive Director with Maxwell Leadership and the Host of the regional LIVE2LEAD Leadership Conference. She holds multiple certifications in various disciplines, including Maxwell Method of DISC, Working Genius, New Generations Leadership, and Coaching. Ana is the Creator of the Leadership and the Personal Growth Boxes – subscription and gifting offerings that build people into leaders who are worth following.
 
Ana is the host of THE VALUES ROOM Podcast, where she engages in deep conversations to raise the bar on values. Through thought-provoking discussions with guests from various backgrounds and industries, Ana explores the importance of values in our personal and professional lives, inspiring listeners to live and lead with purpose. She served as the Vice Chair of Services on the South Florida Manufacturers Association (SFMA) Board of Directors for over ten years, where she successfully led initiatives focused on strategic planning, safety, workforce development, women in manufacturing, and marketing. Her contributions in these areas have solidified her reputation as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the field. Committed to giving back to the community, Ana serves as the Community Partner for the Project Magic School Bus, an annual charity event supporting children in the Social Worker programs in the Broward County Public Schools.
 
Born and raised in Romania, Ana studied Foreign Language Arts and Political Science before immigrating to the United States in 2001. Her fluency in English, Romanian, Spanish, and Italian enables her to connect and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Driven by her desire to empower individuals and elevate values, Ana strives to create a meaningful and lasting impact in the community where she resides. She lives in Pompano Beach, FL with her significant other, Marcel DeLorm, their two Doberman rescues, Pirate and Petunia and their cat, Mayble.
