Every day, our team focuses on empowering our clients. The Habilitation Center (HabCenter) is a one of a kind place, where adults with disabilities not only learn how to earn a living; but have an array of services such as mental and behavioral health counseling, recreational and cultural programming, continuous high-level vocational training and development and a supported employment program. With these unique programs, HabCenter clients thrive in a safe and welcoming environment.

Although the HabCenter has a central focus on vocational training, work is not the only thing that drives us! The HabCenter is working to increase the wrap around services that are provided to clients. In 2015, the HabCenter was excited to add a new element to our programs.

Social Services acts like the hub of a wheel for this multi-faceted and dynamic agency. By continually providing guidance and support for clients, Social Services provides the necessary structure to help clients advance in their development. Whether it is vocational, behavioral or socially, Social Services is dedicated to supporting clients in an all-encompassing way.
Supported Employment
Encouraging Potential
Launched in 2017, HabCenter’s Supported Employment Program has successfully placed 50 adults with disabilities in competitive, well-paying jobs. HabCenter’s Supported Employment Program has cultivated strong strategic partnerships with the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) to provide an intensive and responsive supported employment program that is effective in finding quality employment for adults with disabilities who want to work
