HabCenter Boca Raton recently received a $75,000 grant from The Jim Moran Foundation. This funding supports inclusive opportunities for people with lifelong disabilities through adult day training programs, emotional and mental health services, preparation for supported employment, as well as enriching experiences and social connections. 

For more than 40 years, HabCenter has provided adults with special needs with the knowledge, skills, and behavior needed to lead useful and productive lives with dignity, respect, and independence. “We are grateful to The Jim Moran Foundation for supporting the HabCenter’s efforts to empower our clients. The gift has a monumental impact on our ability to grow program offerings at the Center that provide work development opportunities and mental health services,” said Sherry A. Henry, Director of Development for HabCenter. “We offer a wide range of comprehensive, individually tailored programs to enable all our clients to maximize their potential, live fulfilling lives, and foster the opportunity to become productive, contributing members of the community.”
