The Habilitation Center (HabCenter) is excited to welcome Andre Bogsan as our new Impact Growth Strategist. A seasoned leader with a distinguished career spanning over 28 years, Andre brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, and strategic planning.

Previously, Andre served as Development Director at LaAmistad Inc., where he demonstrated exceptional leadership by doubling the organization’s income and donor base. His successful track record extends to his roles at renowned organizations such as The Nature Conservancy and Greenpeace International, where he made significant contributions to environmental conservation and sustainable development.

Andre’s expertise in cultivating strategic partnerships, developing comprehensive fundraising strategies, and measuring program impact will be instrumental in advancing HabCenter’s mission. His ability to build strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners will be invaluable as we work to expand our reach and create a lasting impact.

Andre holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a BA from Disney Institute in Marketing and Business Administration. A native Portuguese speaker, Andre is also fluent in Spanish and English, enabling him to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and build bridges across cultures. His global perspective and experience working with international teams will be assets as we explore new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
